Requesting a price quote

Please try and use the below format for obtaining a price quote:

Subject: Any short descriptive subject line is fine i.e.. translation job, collaboration, price quote etc.

Your name: Full name or family name (please try indicate Mr. / Mrs. /Ms.)

Company name: If request is for a company please indicate and provide full name

Translation topic: General text, business text, correspondence etc.

Word count: Please do a word count of the source text and if it is in a file format where an exact word count is

not possible please try provide an estimated figure.

Page count: If word count is unavailable please state number of pages.

Delivery date: Please state for when you wish to have the translation ready.

Delivery format: Please state if you wish to have the translation in the same file format as the original or in another format.

Payment method: Please state how you can pay: Bank transfer / Moneybookers / Paypal / Western Union /

Payment terms: Please let me know when you can pay for the completed work. Bear in mind work that is paid

within 2 weeks or less will receive a discount.

You may of course formulate your price quote request the way you wish to do. However I would appreciate it

if you could provide as much information as possible. In the event that you wish to send a sample or the whole

source text for review, you are most welcome to do so. Please email it as an attachment to the email address provided
